Senior Sales Operations Analyst OE

Strategy: Analysis of the application and execution of the sales strategy. Support the maintenance of the Key Account Plans. Continuous monitoring and audit of sales figures. 

Industry Forecasting: On the basis of external market data and available information from the OEMs, support the preparation of  the monthly Industry forecast.

Target monitoring, Risks & Opps: Development of concepts and reports for the OE team and monitoring of compliance with the defined goals. Manage regular Sales estimates and OE Risks & Opportunities.

RvCC: Support the development and improvement of the RvCC OE processes in collaboration with the EMEA RvCC team. 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales and Operations (with strong focus on analytics)
Experience in Sales or Supply Chain is an asset
Experience in large / multi-national company is an asset

'- Very strong analytical skills, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify trends & to look for  relevant information out of a large data set
- Ready to regularly question and challenge other parts of the organization in order to continously improve business activities, processes and forecast qualities.
- Ability to work and interact with virtual teams and across all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English  (French, German, and/or Dutch is an asset)
