Your responsibilities:
- Product Industrialization engineer: Develop new product and create innovative processes to Increase product development efficiency.
- Industrial Engineering: Develop innovative tools to monitor efficiency support focus improvement initiatives.
- Braincube: support team for new reports and develop new database according to the plant requirements.
- Improve existing processes and establish new processes improving material and production flow activities.
To join our team, you will need the following qualifications:
- Engineering degree on industrial engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in industrial environment.
We are looking for the following skills:
- Strong knowledge in Excel, MES, SAP and Braincube will be highly appreciated.
- 3 years of experience in product development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines with minimum supervision
- Strong customer focus, both internal and external
- Strong sense of urgency, self-initiative, and self-discipline.
- Fluent in English (any additional European language is considered as an asset)
