The main roles of the HR Business Partner of Dudelange plant and HRBP of non-tire manufacturing plants is to:

 

In partnership with business leaders, the HRBP of Dudelange plant develops and executes Goodyear’s Human Capital Strategy through implementing relevant:

 

  • Workforce planning & staffing
  • Employee Life cycle
  • Labor regulations counselling & compliance
  • Performance Management
  • Inclusive culture & associate engagement

 

The HR BP of Dudelange plant is also part-time in charge of the HRBP support of non-tire manufacturing Luxembourg plants for the HR Manager of mold plant; RCCE and LMC.

He/she collaborates also with COEs and the SSC to deliver integrated solutions to the business needs and associate lifecycle.  In summary, the HRBP is the ‘Single Point of HR Contact’ for the business leader and acts change management actor.
