LABOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR
El Salto, JAL, MX
Primary Purpose of the Position:
Be a strategic Business Partner for A2 in the plant.
Lead and coordinate HR administrative processes and strategies by Area (A2) in order to provide solutions to ES associates for the proper development of their functions.
Strengthen the relationship and communication between the Company, Associates, Leaders and Union Leadership.
Ensure the execution, monitoring and control of Human Resources initiatives in the area, in addition to guaranteeing attention to the needs of the plant to ensure the achievement of results.
Education:
Bachelor Degree (Administration, LR or similar)
Experience:
Proficiency in Federal Labor Law
Handling of individual and mass terminations
Relationship with the Union
Attention to a HC of more than 500 people
Knowledge in the design and execution of work regulations.
Application of disciplinary matrix
Participation in contract negotiations.

Experience in the automotive industry
