Position Description:

 

Reporting to the Plant Head-Human Resources, to align & drive employee education in line with the business objectives / goals and provide a competitive & sustainable HR framework for the organization. To develop people capabilities in the organization by developing the best talent in the organization. To build a learning organization culture & to foster a healthy climate for career progression.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible to plan & implement the training & development strategies in line with business framework.
  • Training Budget planning, approval, monitoring & controlling
  • Find gap of competencies between expected versus performed and prepare annual training plan based on Training Needs identification.
  • Implementation of training plan to fill the gap of competencies to align the business results.
  • Develop system for evaluation of training faculty, feedback, content design, performance & impact assessment.
  • Achieve the target of training plan versus execution.
  • Ensure strategic performance evaluation of the training execution. Monitoring of effectiveness of the trainings.  
  • Review IDP & implementation
  • Plan & execute employee engagement initiatives and ensure optimum participation.
  • Check out the engagement strength & ensure timely implementation to deliver the sustainable engagement score.
  • Facilitate the rewards & recognition initiatives at local level, country level & regional level.
  • Successful implementation the continuous skill development pillar with 100% employee participation in Plant Optimization at plant level.
  • Encourage & create awareness of e-learning platform.

             

Required Experience:

 

•            At least 10-12 years’ experience in HR profession in service as well as diverse industries

•            Professional qualification like MBA in HR specialization.
