Job description

 Reporting to the Plant Head – HR Ballabgarh,, this position has overall responsibility of Legal / statutory  compliances & handling labour related litigation for associates at Ballabgarh Plant.

• Responsible for all  Legal / statutory compliances
• Handle Labor Court Cases in consultation with Plant Head - HR
• Participate in all conciliation / court proceedings
• Initiate action on disciplinary matters, conduct enquiries
• Follow up of absenteeism cases, disciplinary action and enquiries
• Preparation of Notices, Handouts, replies to union and other government agencies
• Supervise Hourly associates payroll & time office functions
• Daily MIS Report on Absenteeism, Overtime, Weekly Off deviation
• Coordinate with Internal & External Auditors
• Renewal of Licence, Registration Certificate, MCF property tax and fire tax payment, MCF Licence under section 330, online application for Building Plans approval, BOCW registration etc.
• Renewal & Registration compliance under Factories Act etc.
• Apprenticeship engagement from recruitment to exit as end to end process
• Supervision of Factory Provident Fund Trust
• Online furnishing all the quarterly, half yearly & annual returns under various labour laws.
• Managing E&Y Compliance Tool
