Job Responsibilities:

 

HR Operations:  

  • Direct, monitor and control variances in order to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage new associate orientations & induction; provide inputs to related functions.
  • Up keeping the records of the associates & maintaining proper Joining formalities like pre stay in hotel, Pre -Medical Checkup, Reference Check, inputs of records in SAP for payroll.
  • Proper follow-up and coordinate to release the requisition and PO for all HR & Admin requirements, so that the items would be procured well in time.
  • Direct & monitor exits and settlement processes including up keeping the proper record of Exit associates like No dues certificate / Exit clearance forms / Exit Interview.
  • Concur and SAP application data and change record administration
  • Ensure and adhere the recruitment of 3P associates as per AOP
  • Ensure 100 % compliance management of salaried associates and timely submit of all statutory compliance in EY tool
  • 100 % associates coverage on PoSH session
  • Timely review of PoSH committee  and arrange awareness session as per PoSH requirement

 

Payroll Operations / Reporting:

  • Coordinating with HO – HR, make sure on time finalisation of monthly payroll inputs for salaried staff.
  • Leave encashment for salaried
  •  Monthly, quarterly and annual reports from plant to HO/region

 

​​​​​​​Performance Management: GY performance management system (GTMS) for salaried associates in line with the Global timelines. Ensure alignment with merit planning cycle.

 

 

Management Reporting:

  • Information requirement of Country & Region: Communicate regularly on progress of HR business parameters with Plant Stakeholders/Country HR & Regional Manufacturing HR. Manning reports through Country HR to Region (monthly, quarterly and yearly).
  • Annual Business Planning: Provide inputs on HR plans to support Business performance in order to arrive at a robust Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Viz. headcount, cost etc.
  • HR MIS / Presentations: Define, track, analyze and report all HR initiatives MIS. Support all key internal presentations like Regional Manufacturing HR Reviews (Talent Management / Staffing), Regional Visits etc.
