This position will report to the Manager–Compliance & Payroll in Human Resources department, Ensure compliance as per the Factories Act’1948 and Punjab factory Rules

Job Responsiblities

• Monthly payroll processing of hourly associates
• Handling TDS management
• Actuarial evaluation-Leave balance and Gratuity
• MIS – Daily attendance performance report
• Handling grievances related to time office & payroll activities
• Projection of Hourly payroll cost
• Handling hourly payroll audits-Internal Control/Country/Region/Global
• Joining & separation of hourly associates
• Remittance of statutory dues such as ESI/PF/LWF and TDS
• Ensure timely Updation of time office related software like SAP/Payroll ERP/Attendance system

Job Requirements 

• MSW / Diploma from the recognized institute by State Government for the purpose of recruitment of welfare officer under the Factories Act 1948.
• Over 4~6 years’ experience in any a big manufacturing Industry (+1000 employees) & have exposure of working in Unionized environment
• Familiar with the applicable laws
• Computer Proficiency
• Team players
