  • Attain sales target with Goodyear retailers and service network in responsible areas.
  • Carry out intensive end-user and distribution field visit (5 end-users/retailers per day), to monitor the performance of distributors, retailers and service network to ensure it is complied with defined KPIs.
  • Work closely with distributors, retailers and help them to improve their working efficiency and quality, ensure the product offers and services meet end-user satisfaction
  • Feedback the up-date market intelligence and product performance on constant basis.
  • Assist in implementing other marketing activities of Goodyear.



  • Bachelor four-year degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years (non-tyre industry) sales related working experience, automotive or relevant industry preferred
  • Keen to learn, endurable, result driven and self-motivated.
  • Good communication skills and ability of logic thinking
  • Be able to take frequent business trip
