Primary Purpose of the position:

  • In order to quickly build up Goodyear premium image and premium product experience from end user, and share product capacity to achieve sales target



  • Develop and maintain OEM customers according to company's strategy and market plan, locate and establish where necessary agents to assist within target market sectors, achieve sales target
  • Be an active team member in after sales services/ technical support, and contribute to team target achievement, close cooperation with Fleet team to generate OE pull order
  • Follow up customer’s service requirements of order and delivery, sales forecast, co-ordinate among various departments to ensure the stable supplying and reasonable safety stock for customers
  • Feedback to all departments about customer needs and to monitor team in dealing with customer actions to a satisfactory conclusion



  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least total 5 years working experience, 2 years OE experience in automotive industry or similar commercial/ transport industry in sales management
  • Initiative, Team-work, Independence and result-oriented
  • Good Communication skills
  • Adapt to frequent travelling including in remote areas
  • Good command of English in reading & writing and PC
