Job Responsiblities :

- Data Analysis & Support to BM, RSM's and Team
- BRO Channel Management , Device & Execute BTL Activities
- Distributor Software Management
- Tracking & Expansion of Associate Dealers & Direct Dealers'
- Distributor Management &  ROI Calculation
- Coordinate with S&OP Team for monthly reports & scheme execution
- Sales Budget & Marketing Expense tracking for the region-

-KRA  to monitor distribution.

-Increase Numeric Reach, Weighted reach, and Market share. ROI model - with Distributor, quarterly review and improvisation steps.

-Coordinating with sales team for support in sales, system, promotion, and placement.

-Providing data to HO with respect to sales and Distributio

-Analysis of territory and working hand in hand with concern SM and Territory in charge for targeted share
