Sr.Officer - Customer Service

Job Responsibility :-

  •  Handling customer complaints with targeted TA, ensuring complete customer satisfaction with best class of service experience to them.
  •  Dealing and handling OE as well replacement dealers.
  •  Developing strong business relationship with key accounts and customers including: OEM Service Teams/Dealers network/Workshops/4S channel and end consumers.
  •  Providing early resolution to customer complaints.
  • Strong implementation of GY warranty policy and service process.
  • Participating and encouraging customer connect programs on regular basis.
  • Providing instant warranty resolution to customers with targeted response time. 
  • Thorough and diligent inspections with no/ minimum wrong adjustment.
  • Regular audits of claim adjusted tyres at CFAs.
  • Encouraging customer awareness programs and sales support activities like: Service camps, Product trainings, colleting satisfaction letters/ testimonials and feedback for further improvement.


Job Requirements :

Education Qualification – B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical/Automobile Engineering)
Exp- min 4 years of exp from Automobile/ Consumer durable Industry
