Incumbent will be responsible for handling Business operation for farm & commercial of Bihar state. Responsible for Managing KRA /Objective assigned - 
Distribution business, Direct dealer portfolio, management/Volume/collections/Market share & 
Channel expansion/Extraction & building channel relations.
