Main Duties And Responsibilities
• Process administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates
• Maintain Personal files in line with legal requirements
• Accurately maintain employee Master Data in HR Systems
To Join Our Team You Will Need
• Professional experience preferably within HR or customer service area - 6 months-1 year
• Experience working in a Shared Service work environment is highly desirable
• PC Literate (MS Office and Workday user knowledge will be an asset)
• Languages: very good English (C1) and German (B2+)
• Accurate working style
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
• Stress resistant
• Good, professional communication skills
