Main Duties And Responsibilities:

• Accurately maintain employee Master Data in HR Systems
• Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates
• Maintain Personal files in line with legal requirements
• Guide HRSSC and HRBPs on HR Admin subjects
• Train new team members to become fully operational

To Join Our Team You Will Need:

• Min. 3 years of professional experience working for an international organization
• Professional experience gained in human resources, preferably in a Shared Services/GBS work environment
• Very good French (min. B2 level) & good English skills
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work independantly as well as in a team
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
• Experience in HR knowledge transfer / change management is an asset
• Openess to participate in HR project management
• PC Literate (MS Office and Workday user knowledge will be an asset)
