HRSSC Mobility Specialist EMEA

The Opportunity

The HRSSC Mobility Specialist EMEA is responsible for assisting the EMEA Total Rewards team with day-to-day mobility processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accurate data management throughout the process.


The HRSSC Mobility Specialist EMEA will be the point of contact for an employee going on an international assignment, for matters relating to his/her international move and will ensure that assignees thrive in their international assignments - before, during and after the move.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Manage the life cycle of the assignment, ensuring consistency across the EMEA region and compliance with processes.
•    Perform the day-to-day Mobility processes such as database updates, assignments initiation, vendor affiliation requests, vendors management and cost estimates calculations.
•    Connect with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, Payroll team, Finance team, Core SSC team) to ensure awareness on the projects’ status, to collect and distribute relevant documents across EMEA countries.
•    Distribute personal certificates to the assignees related to their assessment. 
•    Support in Semi-annual global mobility allowances update process.
•    Collaborate with Global Mobility Lead on continuous improvement initiatives

 

To Join Our Team, You Will Need:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or equivalent 
•    min. 3 years of relevant work experience, with minimum 1 year of Global Mobility experience
•    Working knowledge of Human Resource policies (with emphasis on expatriate administration and Compensation & Benefits)
•    Microsoft Office knowledge is a must and Workday knowledge an asset.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills
•    Strong communication & collaboration skills
•    High reliability and self-motivation
•    Compliance & confidentiality as it relates to the handling of compensation data.
•    Demonstrated a high focus on details.
•    Drive accountability and results
•    Strong drive and good time management, ability to decide and prioritize independently
•    Fluency in spoken and written English.
