IT Consultant Dynamics NAV/BC

Location: Bucharest, Romania

This is an exciting opportunity to join our EMEA IT Retail team as IT Consultant Dynamics NAV/BC, working side-by-side with a highly effective Consumer Retail team on development of modern solutions empowering our business, team and personal success. You will drive projects to enhance the functionality of the system. Further you will have the opportunity to act as a subject matter expert, exercising and leveraging technical, consultative, and influencing skills to engage with internal & external business customers. Additionally, you will proactively advise and contribute to the medium and long-term IT Retail planning in co-operation with the IT Retail team to support the IT and Company Strategy. 

Your tasks & responsibilities:
•    Support Goodyear's Franchise partners to use Goodyear's own Point of Sales solution for Tire Fitters, Garages and Car Service stations  based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) 
•    Model and optimize business processes relevant for Tire and Car Service End-Consumer business in the area of Sales, Procurement, Warehouse and basic Finance/Accounting
•    Work with multiple stakeholders like the tire dealer, European development team and franchise management to improve service and customer experience
•    Work in an international team to define standards and drive innovation for Goodyears partners across Europe

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• Alternatively, 3-6 years' work experience in the field of IT Business Software
• Experience and knowledge in project management.
• Experience with small sized ERP solutions, preferable Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central will be an asset
• Experience with Retail, preferably in the automotive industry, is considered a plus
• Collaborative and customer oriented, experienced in facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive, flexible and bringing new ideas forward
• Well-rounded professional, working in a structured and organized way
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel in Europe (max 20-30 days per year in Romania, Bulgaria and max. 1-2 trips per year to other European countries)
