The Opportunity

The Billing and Care Internship is part of the Billing and Care department and it is addressed to English-speaking economics or a related field students. The internship lasts 6 months, and it is part-time (20 hours/week), with flexible schedule. Working arrangement is hybrid and the office is located near the Aurel Vlaicu metro station.

We are looking to extend the contract or offer a full-time position at the end of the internship, given that the interns’ results were satisfactory and the students are available and willing to continue to grow and develop professionally with us.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform the day-to-day processing of billing transactions (manual invoicing, maintaining billing due list, release of billing blocks) to ensure that deliveries, debit and credit notes are issues in time to the customers
• Support monthly close processes to ensure data is complete and accurate.
• Perform bonus payments
• Assist the team in performing their monthly activities, by offering support in billing and care processes

• To be actively pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance and Banks, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Good communication & collaboration skills
• Demonstrated high reliability and self-motivation
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
