Main Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting for Compensation and Benefits costs.
- Financial Analysis: Perform initial analysis of financial reports to identify and explain variances for actuals and forecasts, (various scenarios as MTD, YTD, YTG, AOP, FY) at all levels in the organization.
- Reporting Preparation: Prepare standard reporting packages for country or regional management review.
- Budget Management: Calculate and load the Compensation and Benefits budget on a monthly basis for EMEA entities.
To Join Our Team You Will Need:
- Knowledge of FP&A - previous experience in a role providing numerical analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to work accurately with high volumes of financial data.
- Analytical skills and business acumen
- Previous experience working with SAP, EDW (Cognos) would be a benefit, but not essential.
- Bachelor's degree in the field of finance or business management (Accounting professional accreditation - nice to have)
