Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Bring finance expertise to the Product Creation processes of the Consumer Business Unit
• Lead of the financial analysis related to new product development and develop/maintain the financial measurement tool
• Involve on specific Consumer EU Projects / Initiatives
• In the case of development (or change) of new technology involving Capex: in charge of the business case, coordinating all inputs with financial impacts from various functions
• Support gate preparation by providing quality input with relevant financial analysis and identifying opportunities/risks/constraints from area of responsibility according to the timing required for the project,
• Coordinate the financial analysis of OEMs’ Global RFQ with interaction with other SBUs to get the relevant inputs, and present outcome of the business case considering GY Corporate view.

To Join Our Team, it will require you having:

• Solid finance understanding (specifically in the area of business support finance and/or factory FP&A/controlling) and overall business experience in commercial environments.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a relevant position with proven evidence of analytical skills with clear business acumen.
• Experience in working in cross-functional teams and in a matrix organisation with ability to form teams.
• Strong business acumen with broad base of financial knowledge with a balanced commercial mindset.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues/opportunities and propose solutions/alternatives in a pro-active manner.
• Effective communication (written and verbal) at different levels of the organization with an ability to listen effectively and articulate business cases.
• Fluency in the English language.
