Your Future Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance FP&A EMEA is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of an EMEA SBU, including operational cash flow and balance sheet. The Team Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing cash flow reporting and forecasting processes, providing analytical support to Finance key stakeholders for decision making and advise on the most effective methods for controlling cash flow.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Build cross-functional collaboration with various departments (treasury, tax, operations etc.) to better understand business operations and needs and coordinate cash related data gathering.
- Act as business partner to key stakeholders providing regular analysis and explanations on main cash flow variances to support them in decision-making to achieve EMEA performance objectives.
- Ensure regular on-time submission of OCF and BS results and forecast of EMEA SBU to Corporate.
- Support in preparation of reports for EMEA management team (Closing meeting, MOR (monthly operating review), supporting documents for VP Finance and EMEA president.
- Identify and implement the opportunities for standardization and improvement of cash flow analysis and forecast by utilizing system tools, solutions, and processes taking into consideration local, regional and global needs.
- Manage team performance, provide coaching and guidance to team members for individual career development.
To Join Our Team, it will require you having:
- 6+ years’ experience in cash management, treasury operations and financial analysis
- Sound knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and cash handling procedures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data
- Ability to work on own initiative and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve cash management challenges and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Fluent spoken and written English
