Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Financial planning and analysis

• Support FP&A team with preparation and consolidation of regional financial forecasts, budgets, month-end and quarter-end reporting ensuring accuracy in financial statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of regional P&L consolidation by gathering inputs from multiple entities
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure consistency across business units
• Partner with Business units and key stakeholders to enhance financial visibility and control

Process Improvements

• Ensure continuity and quality of finance systems and reporting and forecasting solutions throughout the monthly cycles and as per business requirements.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvements projects from inception through completion.
• Work close with different FP&A teams to identify and implement the opportunities for automation and areas for process improvement and standardization by assessing the available analytical, forecasting and reporting system tools, their fit for the purpose and a potential enhancement or replacement.
• Support organizational change initiatives helping to ensure smooth transitions when new processes or improvements are implemented  
• Review quality and ensure maintenance of process documentation.

Ad-hoc requests

• • Work as a business partner for the Country / Cluster teams building cross-functional collaboration to understand business operations and provide support in process improvement.

To Join Our Team, it will require you having:

Knowledge & Skills: 

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query - required, VBA Macros, complex formulas) and the ability to work with high volumes of financial data accurately
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or applications will be considered a plus
• Previous experience working with SAP, EDW (Cognos), Jedox
• Detail-oriented and organized ensuring accuracy in financial consolidation
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Change management - stakeholder engagement, clear communication and leadership in managing changes
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong communication skills with an ability to listen effectively and articulate queries
• Fluent spoken and written English. Other language skills may be a further benefit.
