Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Lead will manage the end-to-end recruitment function for Goodyear’s Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad. This role requires a hands-on leader with 10+ years of experience in tech recruitment, including a strong background in team management. As the lead, you will drive recruitment strategies, oversee the full hiring lifecycle, and ensure that the team is well-equipped to meet the growing talent needs of our organization.
Responsibilities:

Conduct regular reviews with customers and stakeholders (HRBPs, business leaders) on progress of talent acquisition; deliver commitment of projects and business requirements.

Establish and enforce proper execution of workflows, processes and procedures to ensure positive customer experience and exceed expectations.

Recommend and help utilize effective and efficient sourcing channels, media platforms and other branding activities to promote Goodyear recruitment and sourcing requirements.

Handle end to end recruitment of niche and /or critical roles that would need high level of expertise in hiring and stakeholder management.

Develop and coach Talent Acquisition Specialists and other team members through continuous performance feedback and career discussions to ensure a highly motivated and performing team.

Communicate and articulate expectations to team members, re-align if required, gather inputs and suggestions for better team engagement. Moves decisively with calculated risks on issues or concerns that may need immediate action, related to performance, motivation and development of team members.
Experience:
-
10+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, including at least 3+ years in a team lead or management role, preferably in a global or multi-national environment.

Experience hiring for technical roles such as software engineering, data science, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation is essential.

In-depth knowledge of the tech talent market, with a strong understanding of the skills and competencies needed for various technical roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and hiring managers

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment or corporate global capability center is preferred.
