Test Manager

The person in this position will be responsible for performing functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on applications in scope, developing and maintaining test scripts, as well as providing documentation for training and support groups.  Internally, the role will be called Business Process Architect. The QA Business Process Consultant will be part of the Quality Assurance team that supports testing for a variety of applications across Goodyear.

Responsibilities        

• You will [perform functional, integration & regression testing for supported applications
• You will do performance testing for applications in scope
• You will document and track defects and application issues 
• Yoou will develop and maintain automated and manual test scripts using Application Lifecycle Management, UiPath, Postman, and LoadRunner testing tools
• You will test new hardware with current applications
• You will communicate with the Development and Support teams concerning Application and Hardware Enhancements

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or Information Systems 
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience 
• Knowledge of an Object-Oriented Programming language
• Experience with automated and performance testing is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP Systems such as Order to Cash, Source to Pay, EWM, etc., is a plus
