Job Responsibilities:


• Work with Sales Director to ensure Goodyear has maximized the distribution network and poses a competitive advantages over competitions

• Sales data consolidation, assist on tire pool analysis and reports preparation        

• Regular visits to airlines and distributors. follow up Airline fleet size changing situation

• Work with Product Support Manager to provide the technical training and conduct ramp check if necessary                                         

• Follow and monitor sales agreement/contract/extension signing process; reply customer inquiry and feedback                                                       

• Provide accurate product demand and forecast                               

• Consolidate, analyze forecast data from Airlines/distributors/agent according to company guideline; provide the forecast to Supply Chain team

• Generate forecast by consolidating monthly forecasts on defined time frame and ensure all the adjustments made in unconstrained forecast supported for product strategy and product supply capacity

• Generate demand planning on a monthly base to ensure the stock has the right level of products for sales                                                          

• Effective and efficiency to optimize forecast accuracy

-Analyze the data from sales team, make adjustment if necessary

-Review actual sales versus forecast and explain variances   

•Coordinate with Regional Supply Chain, import/Export companies and airlines on shipments and logistics issues. Improve the communication and resolve issues and misunderstanding among these parties

•Accountable for achieving the annual sales targets for revenue, share of market and EBIT        

•Ensure airlines and distributors provide up-to-date payment            




•  Bachelor degree                                 

•  Five plus years sales experience in selling high value products which requires high level of selling skills, preferably in a multinational corporation. Aviation industry experience is an added advantage

•  Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning processes

•  Good analytical skills, resourceful and Strong problem solving skills

•  Effective communication skills

•  Supportive working attitude & pragmatic work approach

•  Results driven with emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments

• Integrity and trust, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and urgency                                                            

•  Strong Sales experience and understand selling process

•  Good customer services and follows up

•  Data driven and process oriented

•  Good inter-personal skills

•  Negotiation skills with strong persuading power
