主要工作职责：

1. 在负责区域内与固特异零售商和服务网络达成销售目标。
2. 进行密集的终端用户和分销现场访问，监控分销商，零售商和服务网络的绩效，以确保其符合规定的kpi。
3. 与经销商、零售商紧密合作，帮助他们提高工作效率和质量，确保产品和服务满足最终用户的需求
4. 不断反馈最新的市场情报和产品性能。
5. 协助执行固特异的其他市场活动。
