Business Analyst - OE Consumer EMEA (all genders welcome)


Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Define, establish and maintain Original Equipment industry forecast on OEM/car model/rim size level
  • Develop and strengthen Original Equipment to Replacement forecast analytics and coordinates modelization with data science team.
  • Create synergies and connection between the two views of the forecast (Original Equipment and replacement) for mid and long term sales and operations planning and strategic business plan.
  • Inform cross-functional teams in Original Equipment & Replacement about industry analytics and use cross-functional insights to enhance the data.
  • Consolidate other market insights and studies to understand trends in the industry. Define, establish and maintain review process to inform the stakeholders about emerging trends.
  • Work at the intersection between Original Equipment and Replacement. Foster link between the businesses to inform about long term trends that will shape the tire industry, build on and enhance the replacement forecasting process and models.
  • Create transparency about new emerging tire sizes to the organization. Define, establish and maintain a review process with the product teams.
  • Work together with Original Equipment and Replacement Marketing to fully understand the dynamics of Replacement Pull and feed this into our product creation process.
  • Define, establish and maintain Original Equipment competitor analysis on OEM level.
  • Contribute to sales and operations planning, long term strategic business plan and of Original Equipment Account Plans.


Your profile:

  • Academic degree in either Marketing, Business or Economics;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales, marketing or market research;
  • Proven ability to manage ad hoc international projects;
  • Proven ability to work with cross functional teams and to develop strong business network
  • Previous experience in an international environment;
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Thorough understanding of the market research business in planning and execution;
  • Knowledge of statistics, excel, research methodologies, and analysis techniques;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of tire industry, products and market is an additional asset;
  • Excellent English skills, any other language is seen as an asset.
