Finance Business Partner FP&A / Controller (all genders welcome)

As our Finance Business Partner your goal is to understand the business needs, perform the necessary analysis while liaising with the stakeholders, prepare the outcome and convey the message to our business decision makers. You shall help us lead our business and support business decisions by providing your analysis, insights, and recommendations.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
- Analyze financial results, consolidate, and provide monthly reporting, short and mid-term forecasts to improve business performance
- Interact with other business functions to ensure that business changes are properly reflected in the forecast
- Actively participate in regular business reviews with relevant stakeholders to support business decisions
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to drive strategic and tactical management decisions
- Proactively identify opportunities and minimize risks through active collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Co-develop business cases and evaluate the potential of new initiatives
- Key partner of the DACH business team
Your profile:
- Successful bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably in finance, accounting or controlling; master's degree is advantageous
- At least 3-5 years of cross functional experience in various financial roles, including both corporate and operational finance
- Experienced in finance business partnering and a demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing operations
- Previous experience in international companies is a plus
- Good knowledge of accounting (HGB, US GAAP or IFRS) and proven understanding of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow)
- Ability to lead through new projects and processes – focused on getting groups “on board”
- Team player who enjoys working with others while having an independent personality
- Strong knowledge, understanding, and practical skills in relevant systems (MS Office, SAP, Jedox, Hyperion or similar) as well as interest in new systems and willingness to learn how to use them
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization with the ability to deliver key messages effectively
- Fluent English, knowledge of the German language is preferred
