Senior Specialist (all genders welcome) Sales Operations OE Consumer

 

 

Primary purpose of the position:

  • You are the key internal contact person for a defined group of OEMs in the EMEA Region.
  • You drive customer relationship by being the operational OE business representative to the different internal functions (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Credit Management, Contract Management).
  • You run the daily internal sales operations by reviewing and updating OEMs online portals, managing offers and contracts, solving payment issues with OEMs and maintaining customer master data.
  • You drive collaboration with Demand Planner, Supply Chain, Sales Ops Analyst, Key Account Manager & Customer to create the monthly DP and quarterly RvCC plans. Support Sales to reach the forecast. Support the response process to RFQ’s and Sales proposals.
  • You support & monitor the introduction of new products for the OEMs in coordination with the Key Account Manager, in line with the established processes, including the PCP, Stage Gate process.
  • You drive organizational development by collecting best practices at your Accounts and share findings in order to build and maintain "one Goodyear way" to act with OEMs.

 

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain or related field of studies or commercial education and relevant job experience.
  • Preferably 3-5 years commercial experience in automotive industry, sales, sales operations or supply chain.
  • Fluency in English and German, additional language skills welcome.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, experience with SAP and EDW.
  • Proactive self-starter – requires minimum supervision.
  • Effective cross-functional team player with proven collaboration skills.
