Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Plan, Implement and execute programs to ensure 100% compliance to attainment of territory AOP and export B per account/territory and forecast accuracy focused on sell-in, sell-through and, sell-out to different channels (retail, fleet, and sub-dealers)
- Plan, Implement and execute opportunity to maximize sell-through to territory by creating new partnership or new stores within the area assigned.
- Deliver the sell-in target.
- Ensure 100% monitoring of all competitive activities in the territory that may affect dealer sales and as well as to ensure that all consumer feedback are attended to (performance feedback, adjustment claims, etc)
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in targeted international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop olans to penetrate new markets
Customer Management
- End-to-End Account Management: Execute best practice application of Retail Excellence across the range of Retail Store design and fit-out, Retailer Customer Service, Retail Training, Retail Marketing, consumer loyalty programs and promotions; providing the processes for continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents.
- Serve as the primary poin of contract for key international accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactions.
Compliance & Ethics
- Implement and Ensure 100% compliance to coverage plans and reporting guidelines including coverage of subdealer accounts in the assigned territory
- Ensure that all agreemtns comply with the company’s policies and international trade regulations.
- Ensure all export activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and documentations requirements, including export licenses, customs documentation, and shipping arrangement – staying updated on changes in international trande laws and regulations.
Financial Management
- Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring cost-efficient operations.
- Monitor expenses and optimize the use of resources to maximize profitability.
- Manage export budgets, including setting pricing strategies and controlling costs.
- Monitoring currency fluctuations and manage financial risks associated with international transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in field operations, key account management and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Good communication skills; fluent in English both oral & written
- High personal integrity & have a good track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work as well as part of team and individually
- Basic Tire Knowledge (Product)
- Financial and Accounting Management Background
- Sales Background (Retail and Wholesale) or Key Account Management
- Operations Management and People Development
- Field Sales Operation
- Small, Medium, Modern Trade Account Training
- Experiences minimum With at least 7 years experience in field operations, key account management and business development
- Computer literate
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
