Job Purpose:

• To record conditions in invoice (Renting Fleet) and self-billing (Service Providers)
• To approve FOS services aligned with the parameters of the Renting Fleets
• To act as single point of contact for services providers, customers, and end users regarding the Goodyear renting
• To deliver all value-added services that allow Goodyear to drive a profitable renting business by selling additional tires (2x1 model)
• To bill services Renting Fleets and self-billing to services providers

Main Responsibilities:

• Telephone attention our customers and Service Providers Support Front office in query handling.
• Billing and Self Billing.
• Authorize FOS services.
• Recording conditions
• Billing corrections

To Join Our Team, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or any other degree.
• Relevant working experience (>2 years) in telephone attention and financial department
• Relevant reporting skills are required.
• Experience in multinational environment is desired.
• Required: Fluency in Portuguese and Fluency in Spanish, English knowledge will be valued.
• Desired: Passion to provide excellent Customer Service
• PC literacy (SAP and Microsoft excel)
• Product-Know-How
• Team player and strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work on own initiative.
• Diligent - ensure deadlines are met and priorities are balanced accordingly.
