As the Store Manager of Beaurepaires, you will have the joy of leading and coaching the team.  We are looking for positive, energised people who is eager to uncover new opportunities, grow the business and engage with the local community.


This role is within the fleet side of our business and so is focused towards servicing of heavy vehicles such as trucks.  Within this role the successful candidate will work with some of our large Fleet customers.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in managing the relationship with fleet customers
  • Experience of coordinating and planning service works
  • Experience of managing a team including people management skills
  • Good time management & attention to detail
  • Leadership skills & the motivation to inspire the team
  • Sets a high standard and deliver results 
  • Sales focused with experience in providing customer excellence 
  • A current valid driver’s license 


About the role:

You will run the day to day operations of the store whilst leading your team, including;


  • Providing excellent customer services
  • Managing the ongoing customer relationship
  • Achieving store sales targets
  • Promptly managing OH&S related issues and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Managing customer inquiries and bookings (over the phone, counter and email)
  • Up selling and providing technical product knowledge on the correct tyres, tubes, rims and accessories
  • Allocation of workshop and service activities
  • People management including performance management, coaching, development
  • Administration, banking

Whilst your primary responsibility is to manage the store, you will also be required to get on the tools and assist with tyre fitting duties (if required, training will be provided).
