Territory Sales Manager (NSW)

About You

 

You will have a proven track record of growing sales & building and maintaining relationships with key business customers.

  • Experience in delivering sales results firsthand, you will be capable of driving sales results across a geographically dispersed environment
  • Ideally, you will have worked in a multi-site role and within either the tyre, automotive or retail industries
  • You will be resilient, positive and possess the energy and drive to succeed in a challenging environment
  • You will be proactive in nature and be able to adjust and adapt to changing business requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft programs including O365, Excel and Word
  • Strong Communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills

 

 

About the role

 

Reporting to the State Sales Manager the primary focus of this role is to deliver sales, revenue, and market share growth through the already established customer base within your assigned territory.

 

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Planning a call cycle to ensure we visit customers on location regularly
  • Focusing on business, share of market and profitability growth with tailored customer solutions
  • Core focus on individual store sales performance and corrective actions
  • Efficient execution of general and channel specific sales and marketing programs (including sales objectives and campaigns) supporting long term sales sustainability
  • Customer relationship management- maintain and strengthen working relationships with all customers
  • Identify channel partner training needs & coordinate execution with product managers, customer engineers, brand managers, etc.

This is a full-time role based in Glendenning, NSW.

Regular travel is required within Sydney Metro and Regional NSW.
