Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain-Call Center-Complaint Management- After Sales
  • Knowledge of automotive related industries is a plus
  • Effective communication skills in both written and oral
  • Ability to work in a team: support team goals, and take initiative
  • Preferably proficiency in relevant SAP R3 transactions
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English
  • Military service should be completed for male candidates.

    Job Description:

  • Maximize customer satisfaction by driving company and supply chain strategy in all dealings with Goodyear customers
  • Provide support in resolving customer claims/issues, and benefit from opportunitiesto increase the quality of our service
  • Execute claim processing, cross-functional coordinationfor swift and complete resolutionof all customer claims/QM (QualityManagement)notifications
  • Process all return inquiries in the QM returnmanagement module, liaising with sales and supply chainto get required approvals
  • Manage performance measurement tools and follow-up KPI’s throughappropriate tools/ systems
  • Actively responsible to lead, support and contribute local/regional projects implementation to improve and simplify theprocesses
