Customer Field Engineer - WA

About you

You will enjoy working in a hands-on role where you engage with a wide variety and volume of customers. Your natural ability to build relationships will see you succeed in understanding customer issues and queries and appropriately managing expectations. You will have a logical and persistent thought process in relation to problem solving and be naturally curious in conducting taregeted and relevant investigations. You will have proven experience in product applications and likely have qualifications in engineering and/or extensive experience in the tyre industry.


About the role

As a Field Engineer, your primary role will be to ensure that a both our clients and dealers can successfully sell and use our products in an effective manner. You will be addressing concerns and technical enquires as well as engineering applications on quality and technical issues. In detail this role will be responsible for:  

  • Fleet treadwear testing
  • Compliance diagnosis
  • Noise vibration analysis 
  • Analysis and specification assistance
  • Identification and troubleshooting of product issues for customers
  • Investigations, monitor and report on warranty concerns and issues

This is a permanent role based in Perth WA and will require regular travel within WA.
