About the Position

The purpose of the position is to:

  • Contribute to the operational support of Fleet Online Solutions Customers and Fleets.
  • Responsible for the operational control and support of Service providers (such as Tire Specialists).
  • To provide internal support for Sales, FOS (Fleet Online System), Fleet Backoffice, Customer service,..


Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide the Fleet Online Customers with an overall operational support which includes both technical as administrative support: you will have to provide support regarding reporting, billing, casings, advise on the Goodyear24HServiceline, Casing Monitoring, Training of clients regarding Tools and Systems and advise on their Tire Policy, Technical Support and the Goodyear Quality Control;
  • Support Service providers (Tire Specialists) by means of reporting, billing and data input whilst performing operational control with regards to the systems and tools and implement a TCO ‘Total Cost Ownership’ mindset;
  • Ensure the internal operational support of the GY DU Fleet Backoffice and Tire Specialists and perform the technical support for customer services (FOS E-claim);
  • Perform TCO reports for Sales and Fleet Business Management;
  • Ensure a BeNeLux Reference Status: Share Best practice examples within BeNeLux & EMEA.


Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience. Background or working experience in the automotive - and in particular After Sales or Sales experience for 2 or 3 years- will be considered a great asset.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Show strong affinity in automotive;
  • Dynamic teamplayer;
  • Have discipline, be organized and able to work autonomously;
  • "Hands on"- mentality and willing to visit customers in the respective countries;
  • Flexible, no “9 to 5” mentality;
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, and knowledge of English;
  • Have the ability to remain focused & positive in challenging business situations.
