Fleet Front office Agent Benelux & Central fleet organization (m/f)

Primary purpose of the position:

  • Understand and contribute to the global Goodyear company- and EMEA commercial business unit growth strategy by acting as single point of contact for local and European key account fleet customers and local service providers.
  • Collaborate with commercial sales and truck fleet teams in the different countries to provide system and administrative support. 
  • Partner with sales to support customer calls/visits and provide advice for existing /new contracts.
  • Provide support for internal and external users on complex requests related to the Goodyear fleet online applications and tools.
  • Identify, initiate, and support internal process improvements and developments to drive standardization and to optimize customer satisfaction.



  • Single point of contact for key account fleet customers and internal stakeholders: receive and handle requests related to customer master data, contract management, invoicing, pricing, reporting and all other requests related to fleet management. 
  • Dispatch advanced requests to the fleet back office team in accordance with Goodyear standard work procedures and ensure proper follow up. 
  • Provide support and training (both remote and on site) on Goodyear fleet online applications and tools to new and existing users. 
  • Actively participate in the business roll-out of new tools and applications.
  • Actively participate in quarterly regression testing and 1 time/year sanity check testing on Saturday evening. 
  • Ensure that system entries are correct and in line with global and local Goodyear requirements and policies.
  • Develop business acumen by visiting local service providers and optimize the business relation with key account fleet customers by partnering with the key account managers on occasional customer visits.


To join our team, you will need:


Bachelor degree or extensive business experience.




  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service front- and/or back office or sales environment.
  • Experience in tire and/or transportation business would be considered an asset.

Knowledge & skills:
•    Ability to work in a changing and global environment
•    Business acumen to work together with both internal and external customers
•    Ability to work in an international team
•    Flexibility for occasional customer visits in Benelux
•    IT knowledge: fluent with MS Office tools (especially Excel). SAP knowledge would be an important asset
•    Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English. French and German would be considered an asset


The position can work hybrid : 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (voluntary).
