Responsibilities:

 

1/ Jointly with related key account manager and based on brand jobs to be done, is responsible for country channel annual marketing plans definition and implementation 

  • Defines action plan to achieve job to be done target in terms of assortment and activation mix at customer level 
  • Utilizes geoanalytics tool to finetune customer national  plans per geography scope 
  • Builds and presents related customer story to support sell in process (customised value proposition) 
  • With the guidance and support of brand managers, builds and delivers according sell in and sell out activations as well as related assets 
  • Defines and manages customer marketing annual budget and loyalty program

 

2/ Is responsible for analyzing total brands portfolio performance at channel level and transforming it into clear action plans 

  • leveraging sell in and sell out data via internal and external tools (GFK, Europool, Geoanalytics platform) 
  • putting relevant tracking dashboards in place 
  • leveraging sales force and key accounts  insights 
  • 4Ps actions implementation and impact on portfolio performance over time
  • specifically tracking  new products implementation at customer level via proper WD, pricing and volume KPI’s tracking

 

3/ Is the voice of the customer internally to ensure we address their needs effectively 

  • Gathers customer feedback on brand and product strategy and debriefs brand managers accordingly 
  • Gathers customer needs in terms of product line up, assesses potential across all other customers and briefs European product team accordingly 
  • Understands customer stores requirements to define in store communication assets accordingly

 

4/ Is the voice of the brands and product portfolio at customer level 

  • Supporting related account manager and leveraging European core value proposition, is in charge of the annual customer value proposition customisation 
  • With the support of brand marketing team, is responsible for any brand and portfolio story telling building and presentation at customer level
  • Is the point of contact for customers brand and portfolio information requests 
  • Leveraging Europe brand experience team support, is responsible for managing potential CRM initiatives

 

5/ Contributes to AOP and S&OP process, defining and tracking customer objectives jointly with related key accounts 

  • Translates brands jobs to be done and business objectives into customer objectives in terms of assortment distribution and activation 
  • Translates distribution and activation ambition per customer, brand and segment into detailed volume projection 

 

To join our team, you will need:
 

Education : 

University graduate with marketing or commercial major.

 

Language :
Fluent in English and Dutch. French is a nice to have.

 

Experience : 

At least 5-8 years of experience in Marketing and commercial roles.

The position can work hybrid : 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (voluntary).
