Role Description:
Auditor is responsible for conducting an internal audit that includes review, evaluation and management reporting at the appropriate level on the compliance, efficiency and effectiveness of key management systems.
Main responsibilities:
• Creation of documentation in accordance with the requirements of standards, creation of control plans, creation of FMEA- failure mode effect analysis, support in the creation of work instructions (SOP), creation of process maps, plans for emergency situations.
• Supervision of documentation, solving current problems within the framework of observed internal non-conformities, participation in the development and implementation of improvement plans.
• Conducting internal compliance checks in accordance with the implemented standards.
• Conducting audits at service providers (external audits) and preparation of the department for external audits.
• Implementation of LPA- Layered Process Audit- for the areas you are in charge of.
• Assist in overseeing the Company's quality assurance requirements to ensure that annual audit services are provided in accordance with international standards, policies, rules and procedures.
• Implementation of optimization of procedures (duties: verification of instructions/ procedures, merger of departmental procedures into one applicable everywhere - if applicable, alignment with corporate Goodyear standards.
• Formation of timely and accurate audit reports, emphasizing key findings, opportunities for improvement and subsequent management activities.
• In the organizational units for which you are in charge of - develop and maintain knowledge about new professional standards, regulatory requirements and laws.
Requirements:
- Education: VI/VII degree of education
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in internal or external auditing, preferably within quality, environmental, or energy management systems.
- Preferred Certifications: Internal Auditor certifications in one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, or IATF 16949.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient use of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in the use of quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans (CP), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and 5 Why analysis.
- Strong knowledge of internal audit practices and risk management processes
- English language skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Proven ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present and report findings to stakeholders.
