Role Description
In partnership with business leaders, the HRBP develops and executes Goodyear's HR Strategy within the scope of responsibilities within Krusevac plant implementing relevant initiatives and processes around Leadership, Organization Structure, Talent Development, Inclusive Culture, Associate Engagement to enable the organization to deliver business strategy and objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of the employee's life cycle from HR perspective for.
- Cooperation with line managers in the field of associates development & engagement.
- Contribution to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline.
- Review key business performance targets with business leaders.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends, consult on interpretation & actions implementation.
- Manage employee and labor relations matters, if necessary, with support of Labor Relations, Legal or respective country governor HR.
- Collaborate closely with the regional and global HR team in people processes, policies and regional HR projects.
- Collaborate with COEs and the SSC to deliver integrated solutions to the business needs and associate lifecycle.
- The HRBP acts as a strategic partner, associate champion and change agent.
- Support the implementation of talent management & employee engagement initiatives.
- Support Reward and Recognition initiatives.
Requirements:
- University Degree preferably in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR Generalist / HR Business Partner experience in Human Resources and Talent Management in an international and multidimensional organization.
- Demonstrated measurable improvements in staffing, talent management and compensation.
- Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues.
- Significant experiences of developing and deploying people interventions and improvements.
- Proven experience in managing and coaching teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from across the business.
- Business maturity, ability to handle tight deadlines and ability to multitask differing priorities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Analytical as well as strategic mindset.
- Exposure to change management.
- Fluent in English, any other language could be an asset.
