Intern in Accounting Team

Location: Kruševac, Serbia 

Main responsibilities:

• Work with vednors and cusomers to reconsile balances
• Work in E invoice portal
• Shopping Card coding on simpler typology or clusters with no check for VAT
• Code invoices
• Raise SSFs to RPA
• Post simpler MJEs received from local
• Prepare non-complex (cash, prepaid, zero balance, subledgers, etc.) balance sheet account reconciliation to be reviewed by associates
• Run rule-based clearing transaction
• Run profit elimination or similar transaction
• Issue manual invoices
• Help with archiving physical or electronical documentation
• SAP download useful in reporting or audit trails

Requirements: 

• High School diploma (preferably a student of Finance & Accounting or Economics) 
• At least intermediate English language skills 
• Experience working with Excel 
• Experience in accouting will be considered an asset 
• SAP experience will be considered an asset 
• Demonstrating willingness to learn and develop
• Good communication & organisational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
