Role Description

 

Payroll Specialist is responsible for control and management of timely and accurate recording of data and documentation for the accrual and final calculation of wages, with respect to predefined deadlines for the payment of wages and in cooperation with internal clients, as well as an external agency in charge of Republic institutions for calculation of wages. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • registering, deregistering and status change of employees regarding obligatory social insurance
  • creation of all reports related to salaries and working hours
  • creation, issuing and archiving of legal-labour documentation, pertaining to salaries
  • monitoring statutory regulations related to labour relations and payroll
  • participate in comp and benefits research   
  • initiate implementation of the absenteeism management model, through analysis of causes, identification of problems and comparation at individual, organizational and departmental level.
  • manage compensation and benefits programs at the Company and in line with the determined policies, internal acts and legal regulations
  • responsible for analysis, evaluation and classification of jobs, payroll administration, analyze research related to compensation, and collect all necessary data for preparation of suggestions regarding compensations and budgets.   
  • responsible for tracking legal regulations pertaining to payroll and employment relations   

 

Requirements:

  • VI/VII degree of education (Economics background)
  • knowledge of Labour Law and regulations related to payroll 
  • minimum 4 years of experience in same or similar positions 
  • excellent computer skills and use of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • advanced English language skills
  • proactive, Adaptability, patience, ability to meet tight deadlines
