Reporting directly to the Pricing Manager Europe South (France, Italy, Spain & Portugal), this position of Pricing Manager (Senior Analyst Pricing), is in charge of:

 

  • The Pricing Manager manages and coordinates pricing of all Goodyear Consumer products for the French organization
  • Maximize the value of our brands and GY's revenue by supporting the creation of competitive market back list prices
  • Use, create and develop tools that will enhance and constantly remodel the pricing initiatives for corporate products in order to allow the Company to win in the market and improve pricing to the relevant benchmark competitors levels, whilst growing. Company profitability and market share
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of multi-brand pricing strategy whilst ensuring compliance with regional pricing rules for the appropriate channel. Ensure all internal parties are aware of their responsibilities in the execution
  • Take actions to achieve GP target of the business unit from pricing point of view

 

How to’s:

  • Develop pricing strategies, selling price levels, monitor price/margin performance against both the company and the competition Develop and prepare pricing strategies and targets for all market segments and for all
  • Use Sell-out price research tools and constantly monitor the 3 RRP's (Recommended Retail Price) for the appropriate market. In addition, contribute to the training and implementation of sell-out strategies with the salesforce.
  • Work with the region to ensure the country complies with all requests, instructions and Eurofloor prices. Supply price files for all customers.
  • Maintain both sell out pricing and selling pricing and ensure constant development in such a way as to increase our trade value. Participate in the AOP process and prepare relevant data for the budget process.
  • Continuously monitor and report pricing actual pricing structures and financial performance vs budget. Prepare and maintain current market prices and the market impact they cause.
  • Monitor competitors price actions closely and set up monthly campaigns
  • Interact & give recommendation to business leaders & key stakeholders on the pricing strategy & at Customers level
  • Manage & track consumer’s accruals during the period and execute our SOX’s controls

Open interest to other BU FBP to achieve business sustainability as backup,

Increase its broader knowledge of other Country BU's, share best practices within Hub or BU peers 

 

Experience

  • 3-4 years of experience in pricing and data management
  • 5-6 years of experience in analytical roles in a Sales organization either with Pricing, Supply Chain or Sales
  • Good understanding of Sales and Marketing in the automotive Industry
  • Good understanding of pricing management and processes - Experience in managing large amounts of data
  • Familiar with a multicultural and fast-moving environment

 

Education

  • Master’s degree in business and/or Data

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Fluent in French & English
  • 'Data driven mindset
  • Experience with at least one of the BI tools (Qlikview, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Advanced in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) skills (Pivot, Macro etc)
  • Good knowledge of SAP & EDW systems
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong Problem solving skill
  • Well organized and structured
  • Ability to work in teams in a highly dynamic and competitive environment
