We are looking for Senior Recruiter, who will be responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process for the country cluster Spain, France and Portugal: Carrying out activities that range from running intake calls and defining selection strategy, sourcing and screening the right shortlist, driving the selection process, managing the consensus meeting, all the while assuring quality service & satisfaction of internal customers & candidates.


Main Tasks:

  • You will run intake calls with hiring managers & HR business partners in order to fully understand the requests made & to offer consulting services based on your recruitment & selection expertise, assuring a correct definition of profile, capabilities & experience in accordance with the needs of the organization.    
  • You will source (a.o. through direct search) and conduct interviews with candidates for analyst positions (staff) through senior management positions.       
  • You will build and maintain close professional relationships with the internal customers. Manage expectations & prepare contingency plans for critical positions, resorting to well-defined SLA’s (Service Level Agreement). Constantly gaining knowledge about Goodyears business and the characteristics of the professionals wanted by the requesting departments is critical.                 
  • You will be in charge of managing recruitment accounts on social media, as well as managing selection process follow-up software.                 
  • You will liaise through candidate mapping & progress reports with managers & HR business partners throughout the selection process, prepare behavioral reports of the candidates and manage relevant KPI’s.   


Minimun Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree in administration, HR, Psychology or related field.



Fluent in French, English and Spanish



  • 5 years’ experience in recruitment & selection departments in business companies or acting as a recruiter in recruitment & selection large-sized companies desired.
  • Experience in communicating with internal customers & preparing reports about the progress of the selection processes.
  • Experience in using recruitment management systems & candidate approach via social media.
  • Specific experience recruiting for the French market.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fully skilled in interview techniques & analysis of human behavior.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate & synthetize ideas both orally & written.
  • MS Office, social media, recruitment & selection software
