HR Generalist (temporal)

At Goodyear Iberia we want to reinforce our HR team as HR Generalist – temporal 6 months.

 

Main Tasks:

  • C&B: Coordinate, execute and administer Compensation & Benefits policies in Spain & Portugal.
  • Internal Communication: Collaborate with the Internal Communications Department to conduct employee communications.
  • Recruitment: Responsible for the recruitment processes in accordance with business needs. Support all the employee lifecycle key events: interviews, onboarding, exist and job moves.
  • Partnering: Provide a consultancy service in terms of HR policies for line managers.
  • Data management & quality: Ensuring data input in HR systems is correct and in compliance with local and global policy.
  • Employee Development: Collaborate with the centers of Excellence in Performance Review Process, Talent Review, Mobility Programs.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of employment and labor practices in Spain, knowledge of Portugal’s labor law is a plus.
  • Generalist HR skills and experience working in multinational matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate in Business, Psychology or HR.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in multinational companies with multiple stakeholders.
  • English is a must, Portuguese is a plus.
