The opportunity:

 

o Intern management
 Act as the HRBP for other interns
 Conduct and support recruitment processes (profile definition, job posting, CV filtering, on the phone and personal interviews...)
 Design onboarding processes

o Training
 Training administrator activities
 Point of contact for external providers
 Promotion and communication of internal annual training plan.

o Recruitment
 Support on job posting
 ATS management
 Support in telephonic interviews of candidates
 Onboarding plan

o Social benefits:
 Manage the different social benefits of employees

o Others
 Support and collaborate with Communication & PR Department to create internal communications for associates
 Organizational chart maintenance
 Job description updating support

 

To join our team you will need:

 

We are looking for an Intern to join the HR team of Goodyear Iberia, based in Madrid.

You will have the chance to join an international environment, where you will learn about the whole HR process with an holistic approach.

 

Languages:

English is a must. Any other language will be considered as an asset
