TASKS AND REQUIREMENTS

At Goodyear Iberia we want to expand our team, specifically we are looking for a person who wants to grow with us, adding value within the Human Resources department as a HR Intern.

 

Main Tasks:

  • Interns management:
    • Being his/her HRBP.
    • Recruitment Process (definition of the profile, offer publication, resumes sifting, personal interviews, candidate selection).
    • Onboarding process design.

 

  • Training:
    • GLC administrator activities.
    • Training providers meeting and proposals management.
    • Promotion and communication of internal annual training plan.

 

  • Recruitment:
    • Support on job posting.
    • ATS management.
    • Support in telephonic interviews of candidates.
    • Support certification Top Employers.
    • Onboarding plan.

 

  •  Social benefits:
    • Goodflex.
    • Books help support.

 

  •  Others:
    • Support and collaboration with Communication & PR Department to create internal communications for associates.
    • Organizational chart monthly update.
    • Job Description Updating support.

 

Minimun Requirements:

  • English is a must. Any other language will be considered as an asset.
  • Passionate about HR and people.
  • Team player.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Results driven.
