At Goodyear Iberia we want to expand our team, specifically we are looking for a person who wants to grow with us, adding value within the Commercial Business Unit as a Proactive Solution Sales Expert Iberia.

 

Main Tasks:

  • Responsible for selling portfolio of Proactive Solutions to customers in Spain and Portugal through different channels to reach the end customer (commercial fleet). The main channels are direct sales to fleets and sales via preferred service providers (Truck Force).

  • Support fleet sales team to define the right mobility package answering customer requirements following standard fleet approach process

  • Manages relationship with existing customers (fleets and service providers) and drives all the upselling opportunities

  • Coordinates daily activities with the tire sales organization in Spain and Portugal to assure seamless customer interaction efforts and maximal customer satisfaction.

  • Delivering Proactive Solutions sales objectives against pre-defined plan (number of signed contracts/new fleet wins, number of contracted vehicles, sales cycle...)

  • Coordinates the operations activities (vehicle installations) with operations team and links strongly with the customer service delivery team.

  • Supports customer strategic planning activities and qualifies new customer leads together with the tire sales organization (Key account managers and TTS) to assure constant sales pipeline. Coordinates and aligns customer meetings with tire sales organization.

  • Provides market and competitive intelligence. Collects and shares with the team market feedback in terms of competitiveness of Proactive Solutions, customer requirements, market trends and competitive intelligence.

 

Minimun Requirements:

  • More than 5 years’ experience in selling solutions.

  • Experience working in an international environment with regional and global teams.

  • Spanish and English languages fluent in written and spoken.

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

  • Communication, presentation, and training skills.

  • Ability to understand business needs. Customer oriented.

  • Ability to extract conclusions from different data sources.

  • Ability to think fast and react in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Ability to self-mange workload and handle multiple tasks.

  • Cross-functional leadership.

  • Act with integrity, confidence, and accountability at all times.
