At Goodyear Iberia we want to expand our team, specifically we are looking for a person who wants to grow with us, adding value within the Consumer business unit as Sales Enablement Manager.

 

Main Tasks:

  • COUNTRY FOCUSED ENABLEMENT PROGRAM: Utilizing created generic and/or channel specific sales enablement services and programs (content, training, coaching) available to countries and preparing proposal for country implementation. Collaborating with country XF Team on localization of the enablement services and programs produced regionally. Propose, collaborate to create and implement local country enablement initiatives supporting country sales strategy and G2M.
  • PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: Together with the local Sales Leadership regularly assess the strengths and weaknesses of each individual customer facing sales person and line manager versus the defined Consumer and/or Channel Sales Competencies (knowledge, methodologies, skills and behaviors). Ensure that Development programs are in place, executed and monitor development progress, including execution of regular coaching by managers. Monitor that every sales associate has an Individual development plan (IDP); In alignment and supported by the local HR and Talent Management Organization. Make sure new sales people are onboarded in a structured, standardized way in line with the Regional and/or Channel standards in order to meet customers expectations as quickly as possible.
  • TRAINING SERVICES:   Country deployment of generic trainings for all sales job roles and in collaboration with Channel SEM and/or Local XF Team deployment of Channel specific trainings; include local XF Team when appropriate. Organize local training sessions delivered by GY or 3rd parties and deliver training subjects which you are certified to train. Regular analysis of Country training feedback and collaboration with Channel and Country XF Team for continuous improvement of available training portfolio.  
  • COACHING SERVICES: Country deployment of generic coaching programs and services for all sales job roles and in collaboration with Channel SEM and/or Local XF Team deployment of Channel specific coaching programs and services; include local XF Team when appropriate. Act as a Country Sales Coach for all sales job roles and together with local Sales Leader drive development of the coaching skills of people managers in country. Regular monitoring of coaching sessions execution in country in relation of frequency and quality and proposing corrective measures. Perform regular Coach the Coach sessions (assist to joint sales calls) in order to develop coaching skills of managers.
  • COLLABORATION: Contribute to the regional and/or local development of new enablement services or other continuous improvement initiatives. Coordination of local XF team and subject experts for successful implementation of tools and trainings; including regular check points with cross functional team to understand the market, current business challenges and customer’s needs. Contribute to the best practice pool.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Required - University Degree (preferred in Business Studies, HR or Marketing)

Desired - master degree (preferred in Business Studies, HR or Marketing)

Languages:

Required - English and Spanish

Desired - Portuguese

Experience:

  • Min 5 years of experience in sales, sales management in a cross functional environment. Viewed as a credible sales person with solid sales experience and results.
  • Passion for sales and people development with a proven record of delivering results.
  • Experience and working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding.
  • Certified Coach or in-depth experience and proven success coaching inside sales teams.
  • Experience of working with distant and/or virtual teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Create passion and excitement for sales enablement and development.
  • Has good project management skills and proven execution experience.
  • Has a strong ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate without formal authority.
  • Can build rapport and relate to the sales environment at all levels.
  • Has strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills and can work at all levels across the organization.
  • Has excellent command of both written and verbal Spanish and English.
  • Portuguese will be highly valued
  • Strong Communication skills. Facilitating should be a strength
