- Manage European trade marketing tools (Loyalty program, sell out promo tool, merchandise catalogue)
-Brief, challenge and manage operations with external and internal suppliers
-Brief them on tool optimizations, assets development needs
-Manage related budget needs
- Define and coordinate execution of EMEA loyalty program/sell in incentives annual plans
-Based on customer audit main outtakes, define annual catalogue of relevant sell in incentives to achieve annual targets
-Create synergies and cost efficiencies across Hubs plans
-Leverage best practices learnings across Hubs plans
-Coordinate needs and execution of sales 'trips/events' incentives calendar with customer engagement team
- Define and coordinate execution of EMEA sell out annual plans
-Based on customer audit main outtakes, define annual catalogue of relevant sell out mechanics to achieve annual targets
-Create synergies and cost efficiencies across Hubs plans
-Leverage best practices learnings across Hubs plans-
-Coordinate needs for assets creation and briefs brand and media teams
- Support trade marketing specialist on 'out of plan' customer needs
MAIN INTERACTIONS:
- Work with Hub trade marketing leaders and Hub sales leaders
- To define sell in and sell out activation annual calendar following customer audit process
- To coordinate sell in and sell out plans execution across the countries
- Work with brand content managers to brief them on sell in and sell out related assets development
- Work with Customer engagement team to brief them on sell in 'events/trips' development needs and coordinate local execution
- Work with IT team for tools maintenance and optimizations
- Work with external suppliers to realize dealers conjoined campaigns
EXPERIENCE :
• Fluent in English
• 3-5 years minimum experience
• Experience in working with Sales function
• Customer sensitivity and knowledge
• Proven marketing experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to look at the big picture
• External mindset
• Proven communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Proven ability to perform in a multi-cultural business environment
